Registration Information & Contact Details
Once you have been to view the nursery you can either Register Your Child if you know there is a space by completing the forms and post them together with your £40 registration fee and £300 deposit to the Head Office address below.
To Register Your Child
- Registration Form - complete and return
- Parental Contract - sign and return
- Safeguarding policy for parent registration - please read and keep for your information
- Parent List for first day including Childcare voucher information - please read and keep for your information)
- My routine sheet - only needs to be returned on the first visit date
- A copy of the immunisation sheet is required before your first visit date
Alternatively to go on the waiting list, you could complete the waiting list form and post the form together with your £40 registration fee to Head Office address below.
