Our Operational Plan, Policies and Procedures

Our primary aim is to provide a safe, nurturing atmosphere, as we strongly believe children thrive independently whilst learning and developing through play and exploration. Our highly qualified and experienced team, which includes a Qualified Teacher with the over 3s, plans a wide variety of activities around the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The Little Acorns team makes inclusion a thread which runs through all of the activities in the nursery. Our qualified Special Needs team work in partnership with parents and other professional agencies in meeting the children’s additional needs. Our adaptable environment provides the support for children to reach their full potential without experiencing disadvantage or discrimination due to a disability or Special Need.
